Nothing belongs on a pizza except San Marzano tomatoes, mozzarella, and some seasoning!

Would you rather have a pet dragon or unicorn?

I would rather have a dragon provided it’s a vegan dragon.

Would you rather visit the Moon or the Mariana Trench?

The Moon sounds pretty boring, to be honest!

3rd cup of coffee of the day. Too much or just getting started?

3rd cup is when things get dangerous. But I like my coffee strong.

What’s the best thing you’ve ever eaten?

I once went to a restaurant in Girona in Spain that holds three Michelin stars. I’ve had a menu of ~15 meals and each of them was among the best things I’ve tasted in my life.

How would you describe your job with a movie title?

“After Hours” by Martin Scorsese, because I occasionally slack off during the day and catch up in the evening, and also because weird things happen on a regular basis.
